THE FOUNDATION'S OBJECTIVES

Outlined below are the objectives of The Hibiscus Foundation under which it was registered.

They are as follows:

1 To provide financial and other assistance to the Cyril Ross (SVP) Nursery
and other organizations, providing care and support for children.
2. To provide a forum for the discussion of matters of importance or interest to
HIV - positive children and other ills and misfortunes affecting all children in
the community
3. The Foundation seeks to undertake research, prepare reports, studies, submissions and other documentation with respect to HIV- positive children.
4. To subscribe, grant donations to, any local or other charities approved by the Board of Inland Revenue.

The Foundation's initial focus will be to provide assistance to The Cyril Ross Nursery and to secure steady support from the corporate sector to supply the Nursery with food, toiletries and medical supplies. The Nursery was founded and is managed and administrated by The Society of St. Vincent de paul of Trinidad and Tobago. The Foundation will work closely with the Society's Administrators in its efforts to provide assistence.

As previously mentioned, it is intended that the Foundation's work extend to pediatric AIDS cases at the nation's hospitals and other causes involving HIV - positive children.
